The Harlem Commonwealth Council has secured several real estate ventures which are equated directly to the success of the economic development and growth in the Harlem community. One of the properties secured by HCC is a four-story 20,000 square foot office building located at 361 West 125th street. This location is the corporate headquarters of the organization and houses the executive and administrative offices.
This location is also home to the legendary Figure Skating in Harlem, a pioneering non-profit to provide exciting new educational, cultural and athletic opportunities for girls in the Harlem community through the unique discipline and art of figure skating. The Honorable Percy Sutton, the former Manhattan Borough President and Chairman of Inner City Broadcasting, also has an office in the building. |

In spring 2000, Harlem USA became a catalyst for the success of Harlem's current Commercial Renaissance. Located at the intersection of 125th Street and Frederick Douglas Boulevard, the 27,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex is comprised of a six-level building which includes two retail levels; a basement level; a two-story theater; and New York Sports Club, a full-service health and fitness facility on the rooftop.

The Commonwealth Industrial Park (CIP) is a 15.5-acre industrial water-front property located in the South Bronx and was originally acquired to house the Harlem Commonwealth manufacturing subsidiaries with the mission of increasing area employment by bringing new businesses to the region and assisting existing businesses.

| The Audubon Apartments |

The Harlem Commonwealth Council acquired a city-owned abandoned building and developed them one of the neighborhood’s largest affordable housing complexes – the Audubon Apartments. These tenements were tastefully restored and converted into studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with easy access to the handicapped. These attractive rental units in the landmark preservation district of Harlem known as St. Nicholas Park. Located on Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Boulevard, this development provides housing to 88 low and moderate-income Harlem residents. |
