E. Randy Dupree

A native of North Carolina, Mr. Dupree was educated at Florida Memorial College in St. Augustine. After serving in the United States Army, he became a resident of New York City. His varied community experiences have included serving as Director of P.A.L. Youth Center and as Director of a Community Development Center. He also served as Deputy Administrator for Model Cities Program. Mr. Dupree also worked with the NYC Health Department for over 26 years, where he was Assistant Commissioner for Environmental Programs.

Although retired he owns a consulting firm, Dupree Environmental Consultants, Mr. Dupree serves on the Boards of HCC and CHC.
